Return Conditions

Exchange Policy

Shipping & Refunds

  • Our mistake (defective or wrong item): We cover return shipping and issue a full refund, including original shipping fees.
  • Customer choice (change of mind, wrong order, etc.): Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • International orders: Return shipping, duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
