Import regulations for low-value parcels have changed in several major markets recently, so we recommend checking your country's current customs policy before ordering if you'd like to avoid surprises.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

**Domestic (South Korea) orders:**
Customers may request a return or exchange. Return shipping is covered by the customer for change-of-mind returns; defective or incorrect items are returned free of charge.

**International orders:**
Because return shipping costs often exceed the value of the product, we do not require international customers to ship items back for defective, damaged, or incorrect orders. Instead, simply send us a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

For change-of-mind returns on international orders, we currently offer store credit rather than a refund, as we're unable to cover international return freight.
